此钱币正面上方是“中华民国二年”六字，下方为“四川造币厂造”六字，左右两侧各饰一朵四角星花纹。中心圆环内铸有“贰百文”字样，被丰收的麦穗环绕。整个币面的字体质朴有力，平淡中带着几分潇洒，麦田麦穗的图案生机盎然，背面中间有双旗交叉，旗杆系有弯曲的璎珞，双旗被一个珠圈包围，珠圈外面上方为THE REPUBLIC OF CHINA，是“中华民国”的英译，下方为“200 CASH”，200文的意思。因为这枚铜币背面旗帜图案下面的璎珞是弯曲缠绕的，所以又被称为曲缨双旗。正面与背面有90度的错位，纯从设计角度看，绝对是民国铜币中的精品，具有较高的收藏价值。
