在历史上，在民族迁徙、文化商贸交流乃至生活、劳动、战争中，马一直是人类的忠实伴侣。可谓“所向无空阔，真堪托死生”。马的这种道德精神，感染了历代文人墨客；画马，成为不朽的主题。画马最早可以追溯到古代岩画中，有马群、骑马、牵马、套马、赛马、马拉货等等，虽形象简单稚拙，却能凸显马的特征。当然岩画更多意义上的是巫术礼仪的体现，并不是休闲活动或记录历史，而是具有一定的实用目的，虽不能算正式的画马作品，但仍具有独特的艺术价值。“马”为历代艺术家所喜爱，时代不同，画马的风格不同，在历代的作品中，马的形象千变万化与马有关的名作不甚枚举。究其缘由，应该是那刚劲矫健，彪悍的骏马形象，能给人以自由和力量的象征，鼓舞人们积极向上，更寓意马到成功。
本次藏品《六骏图》为臧武斌绘制， 臧武斌，河北人，师承国画巨匠徐悲鸿亲传弟子刘勃舒大师，现任中国书画院高级院士、中国水墨画马研究会理事、中央美术学院特聘教授，徐悲鸿艺术研究院副院长，中国当代书画艺术研究会委员，被业内誉为“当代第二个徐悲鸿”。臧武斌先生国画作品极具徐悲鸿风格，为徐悲鸿重要传人，善画动物花鸟，作品曾参加全国历界美展，曾应邀赴欧洲、东南亚等国家知名美术学府讲学。臧武斌先生也曾在清华大学美术学院，中央美术学院、广州美术学院、北京师范大学等知名艺术学府授课讲学。

Although the image is simple and naive, it can highlight the characteristics of horses. Of course, rock paintings are more of a manifestation of witchcraft and etiquette, not leisure activities or recording history, but have a certain practical purpose. Although they cannot be considered formal horse paintings, they still have unique artistic value. "Horse" is loved by artists throughout history, and the styles of painting horses vary due to different eras. In the works of various dynasties, the image of horses has changed greatly, and there are not many famous works related to horses. The reason behind it should be that the image of a strong and robust horse can give people a symbol of freedom and strength, inspire people to be positive and upward, and symbolize success.
The collection of "Six Steeds" was painted by Zang Wubin, a native of Hebei. He studied under the disciple of the great Chinese painting master Xu Beihong, Liu Boshu. He is currently a senior academician of the Chinese Academy of Painting and Calligraphy, a director of the Chinese Ink Painting Horse Research Association, a special professor of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, the vice president of the Xu Beihong Art Research Institute, and a member of the Chinese Contemporary Painting and Calligraphy Art Research Association. He is known in the industry as the "second contemporary Xu Beihong". Mr. Zang Wubin's traditional Chinese painting works are highly influenced by Xu Beihong's style, and he is an important inheritor of Xu Beihong. He is skilled in painting animals, flowers, and birds, and his works have participated in national art exhibitions. He has also been invited to give lectures at renowned art schools in Europe, Southeast Asia, and other countries. Mr. Zang Wubin has also given lectures at renowned art schools such as the School of Fine Arts at Tsinghua University, the Central Academy of Fine Arts, Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts, and Beijing Normal University.

近期我公司征集了一幅臧武斌的《六骏图》，长169cm、宽46cm，这幅画中主要表现的是一往直前奔驰不停中的六匹骏马，这六匹马错落有致地安排在一幅图画中，以群组的形式展现，但整体构图疏密有致，群马顾昐呼应，连贯一体，别具意趣。臧武斌采用了中西融合的手法，他以中国的水墨为主要表现手段，晕染出马的形体、结构，墨色浓淡有致，用墨酣畅淋漓。同时又参用西方的透视法、解剖法等，逼真生动地描绘了马的飒爽英姿，表现了马的形体，用笔刚健有力。英姿勃勃、彪悍的骏马在写实之中，充满了浪漫主义的风格。纵观整幅作品，寥寥数笔的粗犷线条，墨色浓淡相宜，墨线勾勒清晰，明暗变化的光影把马的瘦硬刚峻的体魄、马驰电掣般的风神、遒劲威猛的气势表现得淋漓尽致，呈现出磅礴大气的视觉效果，艺术收藏价值极高。
